Teamgel uses LEGO® bricks in facilitated workshops to make team work work.

It’s the FUN of PLAY that does the trick. We target team members because Human Beings implement improvement, not organograms. Our belief system too is distinctive: A Shared Bond, the foundation of group motivation, together with a Shared Point of View, by all the team members, makes team work work.

Teamgel uses two methodologies, LEGO® Serious Fun and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

Both of these 2 methodologies, singularly or together (LEGO® Team Building), contribute to making team work work while everyone has fun.

Teamgel also offers Facilitator Training in the use of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and methodology
