Pete's LEGO® team building blog

It’s been a long and fascinating journey from playing with LEGO® bricks for the fun of it to using LEGO® bricks to make team work work. Not only have I learnt lots about how to use a medium like LEGO® bricks to make team work work, I have learnt as much about how people interact in order to make team work work. Everything I thought I knew everything about at university is under review because most of what I thought I knew I didn’t know. You know what I mean?

I’d like to share what I know so that you too are in a position to use LEGO® bricks in this way for your own purposes. My hope is to share my knowledge with you so that we can enter into a discussion and together take that knowledge and the skills to a higher level. I see the LEGO® SERIOUS FUN and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodologies as work-in-progress. Together, through discussion and facilitating workshops, we can strive to know more and do a better job. I’d like to make team work work better!

There are distinct areas I wish to explore with you.

If you can think of other areas we should explore please let me know. I look forward to taking the LEGO® SERIOUS FUN and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodologies to greater heights with you.
