Using LEGO® bricks to make team work work.

Teamgel uses LEGO® bricks in facilitated workshops to make team work work.

It’s the FUN of PLAY that does the trick. We target team members because Human Beings implement improvement, not organograms. Our belief system too is distinctive: A Shared Bond, the foundation of group motivation, together with a Shared Point of View, by all the team members, makes team work work.

Teamgel uses two methodologies, LEGO® Serious Fun and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

Both of these 2 methodologies, singularly or together (LEGO® Team Building), contribute to making team work work while everyone has fun.

Teamgel also offers Facilitator Training in the use of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials and methodology

“Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work”

– Vince Lombardi Jr.

What we do

A LEGO® Serious Fun workshop creates a Shared Bond.

Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology leads to a Shared Point of View.

A LEGO® Team Building Workshop turns a Shared Bond and a Shared Point of View into Shared Action.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator Training prepares you to facilitate the process.

“A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus.”

– Martin Luther King
